I was born and raised in San Luis Obispo, CA alongside the mighty Pacific Ocean and sturdy coastal forests. My love for fitness and exercise stems from countless hours in nature spent running, hiking, biking, and more.
As I progressed along my life journey I decided to make teaching fitness a central theme of my societal contribution. Helping people achieve their fitness goals and transforming their lifestyles to sustain the gains has become my tenet.

Making lifestyle changes that stick, and recognizing when we fall off the path, are two of my strategies for helping you keep the transformative change you create.
There are 3 main groups of people I work with:
- Active Seniors
- Women (1 to 3 at a time)
There are 3 options:
- Live In-Person (Your Place or My Studio)
- Live Zoom (can be recorded)
- Circuit Training at my Studio
Lasting fitness can be fun and it requires finding what works for you and your body. The secret sauce I’ve found is creating personalized fitness plans that incorporate activities you enjoy with music that gets you moving plus a workout buddy to encourage one another. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals.

“Fitness is a lifestyle.” is a phrase you will likely hear me say if we speak together about my perspective and approach to fitness. Another way of saying it is “sustained lifestyle transformation” is my philosophy.
